Delta Driftwood's web site ships with UPS. Shipping prices are calculated by UPS based on the
estimated shipping weight of your selected item. Savings from our UPS merchant account are
passed on to you. We do not add a shipping or packing surcharge to any order.
Because of varying dimensions of each package, we offer UPS Ground on all orders. If you would like
UPS 2 Day or 3 Day Select, please proceed with the order as if it was shipping Ground and state
your preference in the comments section of the billing page. We will email you shortly with the
additional cost and get your approval before continuing with the order.
Estimated ground times are listed on the map below. In many cases ground shipping will save you
money and you will receive your order just as fast as selecting 2 day or 3 day select service.
We use top quality packing materials and take pride in our shipping record.

order was received by the server. Usually within 12 hours you will receive a second email with the
estimated ship date. When your order ships you will then receive the UPS tracking number that will
allow you to view the progress of your package.

- Shipments that are Oversize 1 (over 84 inches combined length plus girth) are billed for a
minimum of 30 pounds by UPS. - Shipments that are Oversize 2 (over 108 inches combined length plus girth) are billed for a
minimum of 70 pounds by UPS.
- Items that require oversize shipping are listed as such by the product photo.

| If you have your own FedEx or UPS number we can bill it if you call or email ahead. If you wish to do this and are concerned about the piece selling before you reach us, you may order the piece and we will credit the automated shipping charge to your credit card on a separate transaction. Very large (over 150 pound) orders are shipped via Con-Way Western Freight in a wooden crate. Crating fees range from $50.00 to 100.00.
